用途特点：

该机主要适用于服装、制鞋、装潢等行业材料布与布、布与透气膜（高透、中透、低透皆可）、膜与膜、膜与摇粒绒、鹿皮绒、羊羔绒等自动上胶复合作业。

本机主要由面布放布、基料进布装置、胶点转移上胶装置、硅胶条分膜装置、焙烘装置、复合装置、冷却装置、透气膜衬膜收卷装置、透气膜放卷装置、切刀装置、牵引装置、计数装置、收卷装置及电器控制部分组成。该机采用国内先进的PLC微电脑控制变频同步薄膜放卷控制技术和硅胶条分膜技术，确保复合料的同步运行，使复合料的涨力始终保持均匀一致。胶点转移上胶装置是全机的关键部分，已申报国家实用型zhuanli。由胶点辊、硅橡胶辊、硅胶条分膜辊（硅胶分膜辊已申请国家发明zhuanli）、铝板刮刀、刮刀调节装置、洗胶槽、电机传动装置等组成。烘焙装置已申请国家zhuanli。

胶点转移复合所用胶水为聚胺脂胶水外加桥剂、促进剂、稀释剂按一定比例调制而成，具有复合牢固度高、手感好、耐水洗、耐干洗等特点。

Usage and features:

The machine is mainly suitable for high-quality clothing, footwear, decoration and other industries material's cloth and cloth, cloth and breathable film (high permeability, permeability, low permeability in all), film and film work, film and fleece, suede, velvet, lamb automatic gluing and laminating. This machine is mainly composed of shellfabric, basic cloth feeding device, glue dot transfer device, silica gel membrane device, baking device, laminating device, cooling device, breathable membrane graham winding device, breathable film unreeling device, cutting

device, traction device, accounting device,  rolling device and electrical control part. This machine adopts advanced PLC microcomputer control to frequency conversion and unreeling film to control technology and silicagel membrane device synchronized, which ensure the synchronous operation of laminating material, and the laminating material has always kept uniform tension. Glue dot transfer gluing device is the key part of the whole machine, it has been applied for international patent, it is composed by Glue dot roller, rubber roller, silica gel (silica gel film roll has applied for national invention patent), aluminum plate scraper, scraper adjusting device, the glue washing tank, and electric driving device. The baking device has been applied for the national patent.

The glue used for glue dot transfer laminating is polyurethane glue plus bridge agent, accelerator, diluents mixed up according to a certain percentage, which has the characteristics of high fastness laminating, good hand feeling, washable resistance, dry cleaning resistance.
